SLEEP EARLY
We all know that sleeping late makes us feel tired and restless the next day. So when we sleep early it will not just strengthen our immune system but will also increase our energy, which makes us more positive and productive the whole day.
If you are a night owl and still not convince to sleep early. Well, studies show that it is one of the most effective way to enhance our memory. Every time that our mind is at peace with a sound sleep it can increase our memory power for about 90 percent. We need an alert mind to be productive don’t we?
DECLUTTER
“Your environment is a reflection of your mind”
It’s true, a messy room is equivalent to a messy mind. Our environment has a huge impact to our state of mind. Whatever our eyes see affects us in many ways, so make sure that you are surrounded by tidy and inspiring place. Make a habit of cleaning your surroundings before going to bed. So nothing will break your peace once you open your eyes as you start a brand new day.
PLAN FOR TOMORROW
“If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!”
― Benjamin Franklin
Planning ahead is being proactive and there’s no perfect time to do it but before you sleep. When the day is done, your mind is on reflecting mode. Grab that opportunity to plan and schedule your day for tomorrow. When you list all your tasks, sort them out by importance. Remember, keep your to-do list small so there will be high chances of accomplishing all of it. Focus on one task until it’s done and don’t multi-task, unless it’s a good music or your favorite coffee. Another thing, planning your day for tomorrow can help you sleep better. When our minds overthink the harder it is for us to sleep. So, brain dump through jotting down all that’s going on in your head and schedule all your tasks for tomorrow. With these, your mind will be at peace.

Before you go out of your room make sure that your bed is organized. When you leave your space with clutter, it will drag your motivation down and it will make you feel lazy. When you start to declutter your bed, it will kick start your productivity for the whole day.
