It is a partner in work or school projects. It is also the thing you need in the morning to start your day. Coffee also helps people to be healthier. Scientists proved it.

It can still be harmful. It can damage your intestines especially when you have ulcer. Too much coffee can cause insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, stomach upset, nausea and vomiting, increased heart and breathing rate, and other side effects. Coffee also appears to improve cognitive function and decrease the risk of depression.
Some coffee can be toxic.
This poor quality coffee can cause sickness, headache or a general bad feeling. This happens if the coffee is made from beans that have been over ripped. For pregnants, don’t drink more than one cup a day because according to studies, it affects the fetus as the baby is highly sensitive to caffeine. Also, it is not good if you have high cholesterol. A filtered coffee is more recommended for these people. Coffee beans contain cafestol and kahweol, two ingredients that appear to raise LDL cholesterol levels. It is most found in Espresso, Turkish coffee, French press and Scandinavian style “cooked coffee”.
